Cranberry Orange Cake
2 1/2 cups Prairie Gold® Premium Flour
2 1/2 teaspoons Baking Soda
2 Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup Sugar
4 tablespoons Melted butter
1/2 cup 100% Orange Juice
1 cup Dried Cranberry
1.Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Butter and flour the loaf pan (9.3”x 5.2”x 2.7”).
2 .In a bowl, combine flour, baking soda and sugar. Mix well.
3. In another bowl, combine eggs, melted butter and orange juice. Mix well. Add to the flour mixture bowl. Mix well. Then add dried cranberries and mix well.
4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes.
