Sweet and Sour Meatballs
Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 pound ground pork
2 cup of any Wheat Montana Bread Product, crumbled
2 egg, slightly beaten
4 tablespoons fresh onion
4 tablespoons milk
3 clove garlic, minced
2 teaspoon salt
2 and 2/3 cup Heinz Chili Sauce
2 and 2/3 cup grape jelly
Directions
Combine first eight ingredients; form into 40 bite-sized meatballs, using a full teaspoon for each. Microwave the meatballs to start the cooking process and to release the fat (about five minutes). Drain excess fat. Place meatballs into a Crockpot and top with chili sauce and grape jelly. Cook all day on low. Place the Crockpot on the counter at your next party and watch them disappear!
