Healthy Pie Crust
Makes 2 double-crust pies.
2 cups Wheat Montana Prairie Gold flour
2 cups Wheat Montana Natural White flour
1 tablespoon salt
2 cups softened butter
1/2 cup cold water
2 teaspoons white vinegar
Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the 2 cups softened butter. Cut butter until mixture is the consistency of cornmeal.
Combine wet ingredients and add to flour mixture and stir only until mixed. Roll out on a floured surface or between lightly floured plastic wrap.
Fill and bake to complete your recipe.
